In this menu we will learn to prepare some very traditional recipes. As usual, all fresh and balanced, with lots of good flavours.

I love to offer a good coffee with croissants to welcome the guests, and then a nice wine with some tipical apetizers while we cook. It has to be fun during the whole class!

A tart so start, some nice chicken with muschroom sauce to match with the good potatoes, and finally a great red fruits pie! Served with wine.

先日はありがとうございました。９人もの超かわいい日本人の方々と美人な先生と楽しくフランス語で会話しながら、簡単に作れて美味しいフランスの家庭料理を皆さんでワイワイ言いながら作って、お腹いっぱい食べて本当に楽しかったわ！また、先生のお宅が広々としていて、お庭も広く明るくてあまりに素敵な空間でうっとり〜。次回も楽しみです。
