In this menu you will learn how to make ricotta cheese at home, easily and quickly to use however you will like, either in salads, on bread with other toppings, or to use in other recipes. You will also learn how to cook eggplants parmigiana, a typical south italian dish, and milanese pork cutlet. As for dessert, an oven cake, jam crostata.
